1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TheDërsi website (thedersi.lk) and any purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

• • All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order placement will apply.
• • Product images are for reference only. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting.
• • We strive to maintain accurate stock levels, but availability is subject to change. In rare cases, an order may be cancelled due to stock issues, and a full refund will be provided.

3. Orders & Payment

• • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• • You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email once your order is accepted.
• • Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and online payment (as available).
• • For COD orders, payment must be made in full upon delivery. Refusal to pay may result in account restriction.

4. Delivery

• • We offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka.
• • Free delivery on orders over LKR 10,000. Standard delivery charges apply for orders below this amount.
• • Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days (1-2 days for Colombo). These are estimates and not guarantees.
• • TheDërsi is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
• • Ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• • Sale items, clearance items, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
• • Return shipping for defective/damaged items is free. For other returns, a fee of LKR 350 applies.
• • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and design elements — is the property of TheDërsi and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

7. User Accounts

• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

TheDërsi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
