Our Return Policy

At TheDërsi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Window: 7 days from delivery date

Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return or Exchange

Contact Us

Reach out on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order ID and reason.

Pack & Ship

Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. We'll arrange pickup or provide a return address.

Refund / Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Eligible for Return

  • Wrong size delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product differs from description
  • Unworn, unwashed with tags attached

Not Eligible

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items without original tags
  • Sale / clearance items (final sale)
  • Accessories (handbags, shoes)
  • Returns after 7 days

Refund Information

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is free for damaged/defective items. For size exchanges and change-of-mind returns, a nominal shipping fee of LKR 350 will be deducted.

Exchange: If you'd like a different size, we'll ship the exchange free of charge (subject to availability).
